About On the Dot Remodeling

On the Dot Remodeling provides hardwood floor installation in Webster, NY. It has been in business for 7 years. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Webster include engineered hardwood over concrete, old carpet removal before install, floating hardwood floors, wide-plank flooring and nail-down floors over plywood subfloors. On the Dot Remodeling is also listed for interior painting.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Webster, homeowners in Penfield, Ontario and East Rochester can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check and Zelle. To get started, send On the Dot Remodeling a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
