OXENTI FLOORING & PAINTING

About OXENTI FLOORING & PAINTING

OXENTI FLOORING & PAINTING provides hardwood floor installation in Lafayette, CA. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 5 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include floating hardwood floors, transition strips and thresholds, stair tread and riser installation, solid oak plank installation and wide-plank flooring. OXENTI FLOORING & PAINTING is also listed for interior painting.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Lafayette, homeowners in Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill and Moraga can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. Request a quote from OXENTI FLOORING & PAINTING on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
