About Ozzi.floors

Ozzi.floors is a hardwood floor installer serving Coconut Creek, FL. The business has been operating for 7 years with a team of 4. Homeowners choose between solid hardwood, which can be sanded many times, and engineered boards, which handle basements and concrete slabs better. The installer helps match product to the space, lets the wood acclimate inside the home, and plans layouts that avoid awkward slivers at doorways and hallways.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Coconut Creek include engineered hardwood over concrete, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, transition strips and thresholds, solid oak plank installation and floating hardwood floors. Ozzi.floors is also listed for hardwood floor refinishing.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Posted hours are Monday to Sunday. To get started, send Ozzi.floors a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
