About Pelikos Flooring

Pelikos Flooring provides tile installation in Auburn, AL. The business has been operating for 10 years with a team of 7. Tile work covers floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers. The installer prepares a flat, stable substrate, lays out the pattern to balance cuts at each wall, sets tile in thinset mortar, and finishes with grout and flexible caulk at inside corners and changes of plane where movement happens.

Typical jobs for tile installation in Auburn include shower wall tile, large-format porcelain floors, kitchen backsplashes, regrouting and tub surround tiling. Pelikos Flooring is also listed for handyman, house cleaning and junk removal.

Kitchen or bath remodels, a dated backsplash, or a switch from carpet to a hard floor in an entry or mudroom commonly lead homeowners to hire a tile setter. Share room dimensions, the tile size and material chosen, and photos of the current surface. Note whether old tile must be removed before new work begins. Tile size, material, and pattern complexity drive labor on most tile jobs. Demolition, waterproofing, and substrate repair add to the scope and the price.
