Peter Oteri

About Peter Oteri

Based in Oreland, PA, Peter Oteri works as a handyman. The business has been operating for 8 years with a team of 2. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Common requests for handyman work include caulking tubs and sinks, loose door hinge repair, weatherstripping doors, hanging shelves and mirrors and fixing sticky drawers. Peter Oteri is also listed for cabinet installation, door repair, fitness equipment assembly and furniture assembly.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. Mention whether parts such as light fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, or cabinet hardware are already purchased or will need to be picked up before the visit. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.
