Piper Gray Construction

About Piper Gray Construction

Based in Marana, AZ, Piper Gray Construction works as a hardwood flooring contractor. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 26 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Marana include floating hardwood floors, unfinished floors finished on site, herringbone pattern floors, solid oak plank installation and subfloor leveling. Piper Gray Construction is also listed for handyman and interior painting.

Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Marana, homeowners in Eloy can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Piper Gray Construction a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
