About PR Custom Homes

PR Custom Homes provides handyman work in Charlotte, NC. The business has been operating for 5 years with a team of 3. Most handyman calls start with a quick walkthrough of the task list, followed by a check of the tools and materials each item needs. Jobs are then worked in a sensible order, with dust control and cleanup at the end, leaving the homeowner with finished repairs instead of half-done weekend projects.

Typical jobs for handyman work in Charlotte include replacing light fixtures, mounting televisions, furniture assembly, grab bar installation and caulking tubs and sinks. PR Custom Homes is also listed for cabinet installation, dishwasher installation, door repair and fitness equipment assembly.

Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. Mention whether parts such as light fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, or cabinet hardware are already purchased or will need to be picked up before the visit. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Customers in Charlotte and nearby areas such as Pineville, Belmont and Mint Hill can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit card and Zelle. To get started, send PR Custom Homes a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
