Premium Flooring

About Premium Flooring

Based in Huntington, NY, Premium Flooring works as a hardwood flooring contractor. A team of 4, the business has been operating for 8 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Huntington include unfinished floors finished on site, herringbone pattern floors, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, floating hardwood floors and old carpet removal before install. Premium Flooring is also listed for hardwood floor refinishing.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Huntington, homeowners in Greenlawn, Northport and Syosset can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash and Check. To get started, send Premium Flooring a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
