About Prestige Flooring

Prestige Flooring is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Auburn, AL. A team of 10, the business has been operating for 17 years. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

On their profile, Prestige Flooring lists install type: laminate, linoleum, vinyl sheet, luxury vinyl flooring and engineered hardwood; property type: residential and commercial. Prestige Flooring is also listed for carpet installation, countertop installation and hardwood floor refinishing.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Auburn, homeowners in Opelika, Dadeville and Tallassee can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Credit card. Request a quote from Prestige Flooring on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
