Prime Home Repair

About Prime Home Repair

Based in Brooklyn, NY, Prime Home Repair works as a handyman service. The business has been operating for 5 years with a team of 3. Around Brooklyn, homeowners often use handyman help for the in-between jobs: a door that no longer latches, a cracked tile near a threshold, a wobbly stair railing, or new hardware on old cabinets. The work tends to be quick, practical, and focused on making things function properly and look tidy again.

Common requests for handyman work include fixing sticky drawers, baseboard and trim touch-ups, small fence board repairs, cabinet hardware replacement and mounting televisions. Prime Home Repair is also listed for furniture assembly.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Besides Brooklyn, homeowners in Staten Island, Rockaway Park and Manhattan can reach out for handyman work. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Prime Home Repair a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
