Pro Flooring

About Pro Flooring

Based in Morris Plains, NJ, Pro Flooring works as a hardwood floor installer. The business has been operating for 16 years with a team of 7. Homeowners choose between solid hardwood, which can be sanded many times, and engineered boards, which handle basements and concrete slabs better. The installer helps match product to the space, lets the wood acclimate inside the home, and plans layouts that avoid awkward slivers at doorways and hallways.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Morris Plains include solid oak plank installation, herringbone pattern floors, transition strips and thresholds, unfinished floors finished on site and nail-down floors over plywood subfloors. Pro Flooring is also listed for hardwood floor refinishing.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Morris Plains, homeowners in Denville, Whippany and Mountain Lakes can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Square cash app, Stripe and Venmo. To get started, send Pro Flooring a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
