About PTC Contracting LLC

PTC Contracting LLC provides hardwood floor installation in Concord, NH. It has been in business for 5 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include unfinished floors finished on site, floating hardwood floors, subfloor leveling, stair tread and riser installation and baseboard and shoe molding reinstall. PTC Contracting LLC is also listed for handyman and junk removal.

Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Customers in Concord and nearby areas such as Contoocook, Suncook and Dunbarton can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit card, PayPal and Square cash app. To get started, send PTC Contracting LLC a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
