About QH Contracting

QH Contracting is a handyman service serving Portland, OR. It has been in business for 1 year. Most handyman calls start with a quick walkthrough of the task list, followed by a check of the tools and materials each item needs. Jobs are then worked in a sensible order, with dust control and cleanup at the end, leaving the homeowner with finished repairs instead of half-done weekend projects.

Common requests for handyman work include weatherstripping doors, grab bar installation, drywall patching, cabinet hardware replacement and hanging shelves and mirrors. QH Contracting is also listed for dishwasher installation, door repair, fitness equipment assembly and furniture assembly.

Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. Include ceiling heights, the wall type if known, and access notes like pets, parking, or gate codes so the visit can keep moving without delays. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Customers in Portland and nearby areas such as Lake Oswego, Beaverton and Tualatin can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit card, Google Pay and PayPal. To get started, send QH Contracting a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
