Rick’s handyman service

About Rick’s handyman service

Rick’s handyman service provides handyman work in Durham, NC. The business has been operating for 4 years. Most handyman calls start with a quick walkthrough of the task list, followed by a check of the tools and materials each item needs. Jobs are then worked in a sensible order, with dust control and cleanup at the end, leaving the homeowner with finished repairs instead of half-done weekend projects.

Common requests for handyman work include fixing sticky drawers, baseboard and trim touch-ups, caulking tubs and sinks, ceiling fan swaps and replacing light fixtures. Rick’s handyman service is also listed for cabinet installation, dishwasher installation, dog fence installation and door repair.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. Mention whether parts such as light fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, or cabinet hardware are already purchased or will need to be picked up before the visit. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Besides Durham, homeowners in Cary, Morrisville and Carrboro can reach out for handyman work. Posted hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. To get started, send Rick’s handyman service a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
