About Robert Reid

Robert Reid is a furniture assembly service serving Ocean View, NJ. The business has been operating for 8 years. Furniture assembly turns boxed, flat-pack pieces into finished furniture by following the manufacturer's instructions, sorting hardware, and fitting panels, cam locks, and dowels in the right order. Tall pieces are usually secured to the wall with the included anti-tip hardware, and packaging can often be broken down for recycling.

Common requests for furniture assembly include disassembly for a move, wardrobe and armoire assembly, bookcase anchoring to the wall, shelving unit installation and sectional sofa setup. Robert Reid is also listed for junk removal and TV mounting.

Homeowners usually call after a big furniture delivery, when a piece has dozens of parts, or when a heavy item needs two people to lift. Share the brand and model or a product link for each item, plus how many pieces need assembly and which rooms each one goes in. Large pieces like wardrobes, beds with storage drawers, and outdoor playsets take longer than small tables, which is reflected in the quote.

Customers in Ocean View and nearby areas such as Ocean City, Woodbine and Cape May Court House can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Venmo. To get started, send Robert Reid a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
