Rodas Flooring

About Rodas Flooring

Rodas Flooring provides tile installation in Southbridge, MA. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 6 years. Good tile starts under the surface. In wet areas, the installer uses cement backer board and a waterproofing layer before setting any tile. On floors, the base is checked for flex and flatness so tiles and grout lines do not crack later, and large-format tile gets extra attention to lippage.

Typical jobs for tile installation in Southbridge include fireplace surrounds, tile over cement backer board, mosaic accent walls, shower wall tile and regrouting. Rodas Flooring is also listed for carpet installation and interior painting.

Hollow sounds when tapping a tile floor or mold along grout lines in a shower often mean the installation underneath needs attention. Mention whether tile is already purchased, the planned height of wall tile, and whether the floor is a concrete slab or wood framing. Tile size, material, and pattern complexity drive labor on most tile jobs. Demolition, waterproofing, and substrate repair add to the scope and the price.

Besides Southbridge, homeowners in Sturbridge, Dudley and Charlton can reach out for tile installation. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, PayPal and Zelle. To get started, send Rodas Flooring a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
