About Roger’ carpentry

Roger’ carpentry provides hardwood floor installation in Whitman, MA. The business has been operating for 8 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include old carpet removal before install, solid oak plank installation, wide-plank flooring, stair tread and riser installation and transition strips and thresholds. Roger’ carpentry is also listed for finish carpentry, handyman, interior painting and window installation.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Whitman, homeowners in Abington, East Bridgewater and Rockland can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Venmo and Zelle. Request a quote from Roger’ carpentry on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
