About S&R improvements

S&R improvements provides hardwood floor installation in Bluffton, SC. The business has been operating for 1 year with a team of 3. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, solid oak plank installation, engineered hardwood over concrete and floating hardwood floors. S&R improvements is also listed for carpet installation.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Bluffton, homeowners in Okatie, Hilton Head Island and Hardeeville can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. Request a quote from S&R improvements on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
