Sand and Shine Hardwood Restoration

About Sand and Shine Hardwood Restoration

Sand and Shine Hardwood Restoration is a hardwood floor refinisher serving Turtle Creek, PA. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 3 years. Before any sanding in Turtle Creek, furniture comes out, adjoining rooms are sealed off, and dust containment goes up. After sanding and vacuuming, stain and finish coats go down with drying between each, and the rooms stay off limits until the finish has cured.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor refinishing in Turtle Creek include water damage board repair, oil-based polyurethane finish, sanding and refinishing oak floors, pet stain board replacement and buff and recoat.

Dark pet stains, boards that feel rough underfoot, and a dull finish that cleaning no longer brightens suggest a sand or recoat. Share the square footage of each room, photos of the worn areas, and whether stairs or landings are included in the project. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs.
