Sandhill Craftsman

About Sandhill Craftsman

Sandhill Craftsman is a hardwood floor installer serving Bellevue, OH. The business has been operating for 12 years. Homeowners choose between solid hardwood, which can be sanded many times, and engineered boards, which handle basements and concrete slabs better. The installer helps match product to the space, lets the wood acclimate inside the home, and plans layouts that avoid awkward slivers at doorways and hallways.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Bellevue include transition strips and thresholds, floating hardwood floors, engineered hardwood over concrete, old carpet removal before install and wide-plank flooring. Sandhill Craftsman is also listed for cabinet installation, door repair, finish carpentry and furniture assembly.

Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Customers in Bellevue and nearby areas such as Sandusky, Fremont and Tiffin can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Venmo. To get started, send Sandhill Craftsman a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
