Sandy House Cleaning

About Sandy House Cleaning

Sandy House Cleaning is a house cleaning service serving Piedmont, CA. The business has been operating for 11 years with a team of 2. Most homes in Piedmont fall into one of two patterns: a one-time deep clean to reset the house, followed by recurring visits that keep it at that level. The first visit usually takes the longest because built-up soap scum, grease, and dust need extra time. Later visits focus on maintenance and move faster.

Typical jobs for house cleaning in Piedmont include shower glass descaling, recurring weekly cleaning, move-out deep cleans, inside refrigerator cleaning and baseboard and trim wiping. Sandy House Cleaning is also listed for commercial cleaning.

Hosting guests, preparing a house for sale, or getting a security deposit back at move-out are frequent reasons homeowners schedule a one-time cleaning. Explain how the cleaner will get in, where to park, and whether anyone will be home, plus any surfaces like marble or hardwood that need specific products. Recurring schedules, add-on tasks like inside appliances, pet hair, and move-out conditions all change the amount of time required, which is the main driver of the quote.

Posted hours are Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash and Zelle. To get started, send Sandy House Cleaning a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
