Scott Shonts

About Scott Shonts

Based in Daisytown, PA, Scott Shonts works as a handyman service. The business has been operating for 27 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Common requests for handyman work include cabinet hardware replacement, fixing sticky drawers, loose door hinge repair, baseboard and trim touch-ups and furniture assembly. Scott Shonts is also listed for cabinet installation, dishwasher installation, door repair and fitness equipment assembly.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.

Customers in Daisytown and nearby areas such as Charleroi, Monongahela and Donora can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. To get started, send Scott Shonts a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
