About Shawn Brosenne

Shawn Brosenne provides tile installation in Hagerstown, MD. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 31 years. Tile work covers floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers. The installer prepares a flat, stable substrate, lays out the pattern to balance cuts at each wall, sets tile in thinset mortar, and finishes with grout and flexible caulk at inside corners and changes of plane where movement happens.

Common requests for tile installation include regrouting, shower wall tile, kitchen backsplashes, tub surround tiling and cracked tile replacement. Shawn Brosenne is also listed for artificial turf installation, cabinet installation, carpet cleaning and carpet installation.

Cracked or loose tiles, crumbling grout, or water getting behind a shower wall are signs that tile needs repair or replacement before the damage spreads. Mention whether tile is already purchased, the planned height of wall tile, and whether the floor is a concrete slab or wood framing. Tile size, material, and pattern complexity drive labor on most tile jobs. Demolition, waterproofing, and substrate repair add to the scope and the price.
