Simon

About Simon

Based in Dallas, TX, Simon works as a handyman. The business has been operating for 3 years with a team of 2. Around Dallas, homeowners often use handyman help for the in-between jobs: a door that no longer latches, a cracked tile near a threshold, a wobbly stair railing, or new hardware on old cabinets. The work tends to be quick, practical, and focused on making things function properly and look tidy again.

Common requests for handyman work include weatherstripping doors, mounting televisions, replacing light fixtures, caulking tubs and sinks and fixing sticky drawers. Simon is also listed for cabinet installation, dishwasher installation, door repair and fitness equipment assembly.

Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Customers in Dallas and nearby areas such as Irving, Addison and Carrollton can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Simon a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
