About SMS FINISHING LLS

SMS FINISHING LLS provides hardwood floor installation in Edmonds, WA. The business has been operating for 2 years with a team of 2. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include solid oak plank installation, floating hardwood floors, unfinished floors finished on site, transition strips and thresholds and herringbone pattern floors. SMS FINISHING LLS is also listed for carpet installation, hardwood floor refinishing and interior painting.

Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Share the target timeline, any known squeaks or soft spots, and how rooms connect so transitions to tile, vinyl, or carpet can be planned ahead of time. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.

Customers in Edmonds and nearby areas such as Mountlake Terrace, Seattle and Lynnwood can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Zelle. To get started, send SMS FINISHING LLS a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
