About SP Flooring

SP Flooring is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Hightstown, NJ. The business has been operating for 6 years with a team of 2. Homeowners choose between solid hardwood, which can be sanded many times, and engineered boards, which handle basements and concrete slabs better. The installer helps match product to the space, lets the wood acclimate inside the home, and plans layouts that avoid awkward slivers at doorways and hallways.

Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Hightstown include wide-plank flooring, herringbone pattern floors, subfloor leveling, solid oak plank installation and old carpet removal before install. SP Flooring is also listed for carpet installation, countertop installation and hardwood floor refinishing.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.
