About Spa Guy

Based in Watertown, CT, Spa Guy works as a hot tub repair technician. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 14 years. A repair visit in Watertown usually starts with the tub running so symptoms can be observed. After diagnosis, the technician explains the fix and whether parts are on hand or need ordering. Homeowners end with a tub that heats, circulates, and filters as expected, plus tips to prevent repeat problems.

Typical jobs for hot tub and spa repair in Watertown include ozonator replacement, cover replacement, filter housing repair, flow switch replacement and jet leak repair. Spa Guy is also listed for swimming pool repair.

Water that will not heat, error codes on the control panel, or a breaker that trips when the tub runs are common reasons to call for repair. Describe the symptom, when it started, and whether the tub is currently full, and mention any recent power outages or freezing weather. Hidden leaks that take time to locate, parts availability for older or discontinued models, and difficult access around the cabinet raise the price.
