That Guy

About That Guy

That Guy is a handyman service serving Charlotte, NC. It has been in business for 8 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Typical jobs for handyman work in Charlotte include loose door hinge repair, mounting televisions, grab bar installation, cabinet hardware replacement and hanging shelves and mirrors. That Guy is also listed for exterior painting, interior painting and pressure washing.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. Include ceiling heights, the wall type if known, and access notes like pets, parking, or gate codes so the visit can keep moving without delays. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Besides Charlotte, homeowners in Pineville, Belmont and Mint Hill can reach out for handyman work. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit card, PayPal, Stripe and Venmo. To get started, send That Guy a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
