The Handy Legends

About The Handy Legends

Based in Midlothian, TX, The Handy Legends works as a tile installer. A team of 4, the business has been operating for 11 years. Tile work covers floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers. The installer prepares a flat, stable substrate, lays out the pattern to balance cuts at each wall, sets tile in thinset mortar, and finishes with grout and flexible caulk at inside corners and changes of plane where movement happens.

Typical jobs for tile installation in Midlothian include cracked tile replacement, kitchen backsplashes, shower niche installation, regrouting and large-format porcelain floors. The Handy Legends is also listed for door repair, exterior painting, furniture assembly and handyman.

Kitchen or bath remodels, a dated backsplash, or a switch from carpet to a hard floor in an entry or mudroom commonly lead homeowners to hire a tile setter. Include the layout pattern, such as straight, offset, or herringbone, and details like niches, benches, curbless entries, or trim pieces for showers. Showers and mosaics take more time than open floors. Natural stone sealing, custom niches, and many cuts around fixtures and outlets raise the price.

Besides Midlothian, homeowners in Venus, Cedar Hill and Red Oak can reach out for tile installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. Request a quote from The Handy Legends on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
