The Martinez brothers

About The Martinez brothers

The Martinez brothers provides house cleaning in San Jose, CA. The business has been operating for 3 years with a team of 3. A standard house cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, working from high surfaces down to the floors so dust does not resettle on finished areas. Counters, sinks, toilets, tubs, mirrors, and appliance fronts are wiped and sanitized, and floors are vacuumed and mopped. Deep cleans add detail work like baseboards, cabinet fronts, and inside appliances.

Common requests for house cleaning include biweekly maintenance cleaning, move-out deep cleans, move-in cleans, ceiling fan and light fixture dusting and inside oven cleaning. The Martinez brothers is also listed for carpet cleaning, rug cleaning and window cleaning.

Hosting guests, preparing a house for sale, or getting a security deposit back at move-out are frequent reasons homeowners schedule a one-time cleaning. Mention any extras wanted, such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, or interior windows, and note whether the clean is one-time or recurring. Price usually depends on home size, the number of bathrooms, the current condition of the house, and whether the job is a deep clean or routine maintenance.

Customers in San Jose and nearby areas such as Milpitas, Santa Clara and Campbell can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash and Zelle. To get started, send The Martinez brothers a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
