About Total Property Services

Based in Shepherd, MI, Total Property Services works as a handyman service. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 5 years. Around Shepherd, homeowners often use handyman help for the in-between jobs: a door that no longer latches, a cracked tile near a threshold, a wobbly stair railing, or new hardware on old cabinets. The work tends to be quick, practical, and focused on making things function properly and look tidy again.

Typical jobs for handyman work in Shepherd include weatherstripping doors, fixing sticky drawers, grab bar installation, replacing light fixtures and caulking tubs and sinks. Total Property Services is also listed for cabinet installation, dishwasher installation, door repair and fitness equipment assembly.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.
