Twenty Three renovation LLC

About Twenty Three renovation LLC

Based in Hickory, NC, Twenty Three renovation LLC works as a hardwood flooring contractor. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 3 years. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include old carpet removal before install, herringbone pattern floors, stair tread and riser installation, floating hardwood floors and engineered hardwood over concrete. Twenty Three renovation LLC is also listed for hardwood floor refinishing.

Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Hickory, homeowners in Granite Falls, Conover and Newton can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, PayPal and Zelle. To get started, send Twenty Three renovation LLC a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
