Two And A Broom LLC

About Two And A Broom LLC

Based in Colorado Springs, CO, Two And A Broom LLC works as a house cleaner. It has been in business for 1 year. Most homes in Colorado Springs fall into one of two patterns: a one-time deep clean to reset the house, followed by recurring visits that keep it at that level. The first visit usually takes the longest because built-up soap scum, grease, and dust need extra time. Later visits focus on maintenance and move faster.

Typical jobs for house cleaning in Colorado Springs include kitchen degreasing, biweekly maintenance cleaning, shower glass descaling, inside refrigerator cleaning and ceiling fan and light fixture dusting. Two And A Broom LLC is also listed for commercial cleaning.

Soap scum that will not come off the shower glass, dust on ceiling fans, and grease on cabinet fronts are common signs a home is due for a deep clean. Explain how the cleaner will get in, where to park, and whether anyone will be home, plus any surfaces like marble or hardwood that need specific products. Recurring schedules, add-on tasks like inside appliances, pet hair, and move-out conditions all change the amount of time required, which is the main driver of the quote.

Besides Colorado Springs, homeowners in Peyton, Manitou Springs and Monument can reach out for house cleaning. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit card, Google Pay and Stripe. To get started, send Two And A Broom LLC a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
