About Ultra Clean house cleaner LLC

Based in Chesterfield, MO, Ultra Clean house cleaner LLC works as a floor refinishing contractor. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 10 years. Not every floor needs a full sand. Floors with light surface wear can often be buffed and recoated, while deep scratches, gray water damage, or a color change call for sanding to bare wood. Damaged boards may be replaced and blended in before finishing.

Common requests for hardwood floor refinishing include water-based polyurethane finish, buffing out surface scratches, refinishing floors found under old carpet, oil-based polyurethane finish and stain color change. Ultra Clean house cleaner LLC is also listed for house cleaning.

Gray or bare spots in traffic areas, deep scratches, and a finish that no longer repels water are common signs floors need refinishing. Share the square footage of each room, photos of the worn areas, and whether stairs or landings are included in the project. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs.
