VOS Contractor

About VOS Contractor

VOS Contractor is a tile installer serving Newport, RI. The business has been operating for 4 years with a team of 7. A tile job in Newport usually begins with measuring and choosing a layout, then demolition of old surfaces down to a sound base. Tile is set, left to cure, grouted, and cleaned. Trim pieces, edge profiles, and sealing of natural stone or cement grout complete the job.

Typical jobs for tile installation in Newport include fireplace surrounds, mosaic accent walls, tile over cement backer board, regrouting and tub surround tiling. VOS Contractor is also listed for exterior painting, house cleaning, interior painting and pressure washing.

Cracked or loose tiles, crumbling grout, or water getting behind a shower wall are signs that tile needs repair or replacement before the damage spreads. Mention whether tile is already purchased, the planned height of wall tile, and whether the floor is a concrete slab or wood framing. Tile size, material, and pattern complexity drive labor on most tile jobs. Demolition, waterproofing, and substrate repair add to the scope and the price.

Besides Newport, homeowners in Middletown, Portsmouth and Saunderstown can reach out for tile installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit card, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send VOS Contractor a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
