Walden Property Services

About Walden Property Services

Based in Bethany, WV, Walden Property Services works as a handyman service. It has been in business for 18 years. Most handyman calls start with a quick walkthrough of the task list, followed by a check of the tools and materials each item needs. Jobs are then worked in a sensible order, with dust control and cleanup at the end, leaving the homeowner with finished repairs instead of half-done weekend projects.

Common requests for handyman work include weatherstripping doors, drywall patching, hanging shelves and mirrors, fixing sticky drawers and grab bar installation. Walden Property Services is also listed for cabinet installation, door repair, fitness equipment assembly and furniture assembly.

Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. Mention whether parts such as light fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, or cabinet hardware are already purchased or will need to be picked up before the visit. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand.
