Wants&Needs

About Wants&Needs

Wants&Needs provides handyman work in Kansas City, MO. The business has been operating for 2 years with a team of 5. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several.

Common requests for handyman work include ceiling fan swaps, mounting televisions, loose door hinge repair, baseboard and trim touch-ups and weatherstripping doors. Wants&Needs is also listed for exterior painting and interior painting.

A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.

Customers in Kansas City and nearby areas such as Grandview, Raymore and Belton can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Credit card, Google Pay, PayPal and Samsung Pay. To get started, send Wants&Needs a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
