Windle Flooring and Tile

About Windle Flooring and Tile

Windle Flooring and Tile provides hardwood floor installation in Lancaster, OH. The business has been operating for 16 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces.

Common requests for hardwood floor installation include old carpet removal before install, subfloor leveling, transition strips and thresholds, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall and nail-down floors over plywood subfloors. Windle Flooring and Tile is also listed for carpet installation and hardwood floor refinishing.

Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.

Besides Lancaster, homeowners in Carroll, Amanda and Rushville can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. Request a quote from Windle Flooring and Tile on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
