About Yoni
Based in Liberty, SC, Yoni works as a hardwood floor installer. A team of 5, the business has been operating for 10 years. Homeowners choose between solid hardwood, which can be sanded many times, and engineered boards, which handle basements and concrete slabs better. The installer helps match product to the space, lets the wood acclimate inside the home, and plans layouts that avoid awkward slivers at doorways and hallways.
Common requests for hardwood floor installation include engineered hardwood over concrete, solid oak plank installation, unfinished floors finished on site, subfloor leveling and wide-plank flooring.
Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.
