1. Alliance Tile & Flooring / Cleaning Services
Based in Helena, AL, Alliance Tile & Flooring / Cleaning Services works as a hardwood floor installer. The business has been operating for 8 years with a team of 2. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces. Common requests for hardwood floor installation include floating hardwood floors, old carpet removal before install, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall and transition strips and thresholds. Alliance Tile & Flooring / Cleaning Services is also listed for countertop installation, hardwood floor refinishing, house cleaning and interior painting. Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.
