1. Hector mancilla
Hector mancilla provides hardwood floor refinishing in Sylacauga, AL. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 19 years. Refinishing restores worn hardwood by sanding away the old finish and surface damage, then applying stain if desired and several coats of protective finish. The result is a floor that looks new without replacing boards, since solid hardwood can usually be sanded multiple times over its life. Typical jobs for hardwood floor refinishing in Sylacauga include buffing out surface scratches, refinishing floors found under old carpet, buff and recoat, gap filling between boards and border and inlay refinishing. Gray or bare spots in traffic areas, deep scratches, and a finish that no longer repels water are common signs floors need refinishing. Mention pets, when the rooms can be fully emptied, and whether you prefer a water-based or oil-based finish, if known. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs. Besides Sylacauga, homeowners in Alpine and Columbiana can reach out for hardwood floor refinishing. Accepted payment methods include Cash and Check. To get started, send Hector mancilla a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
