1. Alves LLC
Alves LLC is a house cleaner serving Belvedere Tiburon, CA. The business has been operating for 17 years with a team of 5. On a typical visit, the cleaner walks through the home first to confirm priorities and any rooms to skip. Supplies and equipment usually come with the cleaner, though homeowners can request specific products for sensitive surfaces or allergies. The result is a home where the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are clean and open surfaces are dusted. On their profile, Alves LLC lists cleaning type: standard cleaning, deep cleaning and move out cleaning; extra services: interior window cleaning, fridge cleaning, oven cleaning and laundry; pets: houses with pets. Alves LLC is also listed for commercial cleaning, floor cleaning, pressure washing and roof cleaning. Soap scum that will not come off the shower glass, dust on ceiling fans, and grease on cabinet fronts are common signs a home is due for a deep clean. Explain how the cleaner will get in, where to park, and whether anyone will be home, plus any surfaces like marble or hardwood that need specific products. Recurring schedules, add-on tasks like inside appliances, pet hair, and move-out conditions all change the amount of time required, which is the main driver of the quote. Customers in Belvedere Tiburon and nearby areas such as Corte Madera, Sausalito and Larkspur can request a quote. Posted hours are Friday to Sunday. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check and Zelle. Request a quote from Alves LLC on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
