1. SKY HOME 77
SKY HOME 77 is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Calabasas, CA. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 7 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces. Common requests for hardwood floor installation include solid oak plank installation, floating hardwood floors, wide-plank flooring, engineered hardwood over concrete and subfloor leveling. SKY HOME 77 is also listed for carpet installation, countertop installation, furniture assembly and handyman. Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor. Customers in Calabasas and nearby areas such as Woodland Hills, Agoura Hills and West Hills can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash and Zelle. To get started, send SKY HOME 77 a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
