1. Floor Monkeys Inc
Floor Monkeys Inc is a floor refinishing contractor serving Loomis, CA. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 4 years. Not every floor needs a full sand. Floors with light surface wear can often be buffed and recoated, while deep scratches, gray water damage, or a color change call for sanding to bare wood. Damaged boards may be replaced and blended in before finishing. On their profile, Floor Monkeys Inc lists special features of current flooring: irregular shape, stairs and floor fixtures; property type: residential and commercial. Gray or bare spots in traffic areas, deep scratches, and a finish that no longer repels water are common signs floors need refinishing. Describe the current finish and color, the look you want, and any boards with deep stains, cracks, or water damage. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs. Customers in Loomis and nearby areas such as Granite Bay, Newcastle and Rocklin can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. To get started, send Floor Monkeys Inc a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
