1. All Floors 4 Less
Based in Tarzana, CA, All Floors 4 Less works as a hardwood flooring contractor. A team of 9, the business has been operating for 15 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces. Common requests for hardwood floor installation include solid oak plank installation, floating hardwood floors, herringbone pattern floors, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors and stair tread and riser installation. All Floors 4 Less is also listed for carpet installation and hardwood floor refinishing. Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved. Besides Tarzana, homeowners in Woodland Hills, Reseda and Encino can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit card, Venmo and Zelle. Request a quote from All Floors 4 Less on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
