1. NC Home Repairs
Based in Valley Springs, CA, NC Home Repairs works as a hardwood flooring contractor. The business has been operating for 8 years with a team of 5. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls. Common requests for hardwood floor installation include engineered hardwood over concrete, old carpet removal before install, subfloor leveling, stair tread and riser installation and nail-down floors over plywood subfloors. NC Home Repairs is also listed for garbage disposal installation, garbage disposal repair, handyman and plumbing inspection. Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved. Besides Valley Springs, homeowners in Ione, Angels Camp and Lodi can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit card, Square cash app, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send NC Home Repairs a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
