1. TIMELESS FLOOR COMPANY
TIMELESS FLOOR COMPANY is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Ventura, CA. A team of 5, the business has been operating for 23 years. Homeowners choose between solid hardwood, which can be sanded many times, and engineered boards, which handle basements and concrete slabs better. The installer helps match product to the space, lets the wood acclimate inside the home, and plans layouts that avoid awkward slivers at doorways and hallways. Common requests for hardwood floor installation include floating hardwood floors, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, engineered hardwood over concrete and unfinished floors finished on site. Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved. Customers in Ventura and nearby areas such as Oak View, Ojai and Santa Paula can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Friday. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Credit card.
