1. Sampaio floors LLC
Sampaio floors LLC is a floor refinishing contractor serving Bloomfield, CT. It has been in business for 7 years. Before any sanding in Bloomfield, furniture comes out, adjoining rooms are sealed off, and dust containment goes up. After sanding and vacuuming, stain and finish coats go down with drying between each, and the rooms stay off limits until the finish has cured. Common requests for hardwood floor refinishing include stair tread refinishing, sanding and refinishing oak floors, water-based polyurethane finish, border and inlay refinishing and buffing out surface scratches. Dark pet stains, boards that feel rough underfoot, and a dull finish that cleaning no longer brightens suggest a sand or recoat. Mention pets, when the rooms can be fully emptied, and whether you prefer a water-based or oil-based finish, if known. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs. Customers in Bloomfield and nearby areas such as Windsor, West Hartford and Simsbury can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Sampaio floors LLC a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
