1. mora floors
mora floors provides hardwood floor refinishing in Old Saybrook, CT. A team of 4, the business has been operating for 16 years. Before any sanding in Old Saybrook, furniture comes out, adjoining rooms are sealed off, and dust containment goes up. After sanding and vacuuming, stain and finish coats go down with drying between each, and the rooms stay off limits until the finish has cured. On their profile, mora floors lists special features of current flooring: irregular shape, stairs, radiant floor heating and floor fixtures; property type: residential. Homeowners often refinish when uncovering hardwood under old carpet, changing the floor color, or preparing a house for sale or new occupants. Mention pets, when the rooms can be fully emptied, and whether you prefer a water-based or oil-based finish, if known. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs. Besides Old Saybrook, homeowners in Essex, Westbrook and Old Lyme can reach out for hardwood floor refinishing. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send mora floors a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
