1. Hernandez Homes LLC
Based in Shalimar, FL, Hernandez Homes LLC works as a hardwood floor installer. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 25 years. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls. Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Shalimar include unfinished floors finished on site, transition strips and thresholds, stair tread and riser installation, floating hardwood floors and engineered hardwood over concrete. Hernandez Homes LLC is also listed for exterior painting and interior painting. Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Share the target timeline, any known squeaks or soft spots, and how rooms connect so transitions to tile, vinyl, or carpet can be planned ahead of time. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved. Customers in Shalimar and nearby areas such as Fort Walton Beach, Valparaiso and Destin can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit card, PayPal and Venmo.
